2016 Xmas Rock n Roll music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A fresh 2016 Xmas rock song has been written, composed and then recorded in a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key intention of providing attention and exposure for the Phuket charity and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day site .

The tracks title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks sound is a unique up-tempo rock n roll song. Mark wrote and semi studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo song since then awaiting the possibility to record once again. In August 2016 Mark began the recording process and used session musicians to record the song over a 6 week period. The track consists of 8 separate tracks and all session musicians were from the Philippines, including the lead artist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket island the mixing and mastering was made in the United States as a result of Mark wanted the most effective outcome and quality. The song is currently ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The main aim of studio recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many visits to the Tsunami Day site as we can and then we hope in-turn they’ll be kind enough to give to at least one or all the Phuket charities, and to also download the track.
The other main goal is to have enough downloads of the song to fund and set up a Phuket live music bar with open stage and studio / teaching room on Phuket, which will present free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children from the local colleges and children’s orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t currently open yet but the web site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you are wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day web site to advertise his song Tsunami Day that was influenced from his own particular experiences while he was living in Patong in 2004 once the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Just like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the song Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site there’s numerous methods to simply help including a Phuket island Villa and cheap flight booking to Thailand booking system. Every dime helps.
Credits: Mark would like to credit his sponsors: Michael Dietvorst (CEO of Oriental Living), Stuart Baker (GM of Food Hygiene Asia), Alan Cooke ( MBE ), Adam Goodman (GM of Two Chefs Restaurants) and Cassius Rolfe-Johnson (CEO of Phuket Home Services).
