So, who exactly can be an entrepreneur, which are the qualities of the entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur is a individual who has getting a new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks as well as the outcome”… umm… okay but I prefer to say, that an ideal entrepreneur is often a one who guides a manpower in order to apply an idea(is irrelevant if it is his or of someone else and whether it be new or old) to satisfy people who require benefits created by it, which leads to financial outcomes or profits.
And so the basic characteristics or qualities of an entrepreneur would be:
– He or she really should have a concept (again, irrespective of who originally considered it and whether it be new or old).
– He or she should have the motivation/urge to pursue or apply the idea.
– He or she should have access to manpower in order to the opportunity to make manpower open to him (marketing secrets apply here).
– He or she needs to be an outstanding leader.
But then, there are many sorts of people too who have some or lots of the above mentioned qualities; but unfortunately we cannot give them a call Entrepreneur. Among this kind of individual might be a scientist. Scientists will have ideas or, put simply, they could actually create ideas. They’re excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas and no doubt, they’re good leaders also and so they, definitely have accessibility to at least minimal manpower (No, most scientists aren’t effective in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have got at the very least 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). Then again we will call a scientist operator as well? Is he an exception for the above definition?… something to think about huh?
And just how in regards to a dictator? She has his own or borrowed ideas, He wants to apply them, he’s entry to man power, can guide them well… in reality, they are going to do just about everything he wants. So, does which means that, a dictator is definitely an entrepreneur or, a business owner can be a dictator!!
