Habitat Canada is partnering with Green Terra Homes to aid families achieve affordable owning a home

Habitat for Humanity Canada and Green Terra Homes are excited to announce a new phase of the partnership that will help families achieve affordable homeownership in the united states. Being an ongoing commitment, Green Terra Homes will give their customers the choice to give one percent with the expense of their purchase to Habitat Canada.


Like Green Terra Homes and its particular customers, Habitat Canada believes in the need for sustainable building.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the innovative company like Green Terra Homes,” says Mark Rodgers, Ceo and president of Habitat for Humanity Canada. “This relationship demonstrates both Green Terra Homes and Habitat Canada are focused on designing and constructing homes that permit families being strong, stable and independent.”

Both the organizations also joined in 2015, with Green Terra Homes making a dedication to provide Habitat Canada with steel home framing kits.

“This continued partnership can be a testament to the truly great things we could achieve whenever we communicate,” based on Holly Khani, CEO of Green Terra Homes. “We feel that as our customers choose environmentally-friendly housing, they’re going to jump with the possiblity to help families across the country who are wanting affordable housing.”

About Green Terra Homes

Established this year, Green Terra Homes is Canada’s first and only CWB CSA A660 and CSA A277 certified steel frame Modular Homes factory. Prefab homes and manufactured homes are constructed using steel from about six recycled cars, saving about 40 trees per home. The manufacturer in Trenton ON also manufactures park model homes, and RVs in addition to steel buildings and structures. The factory is available to the general public with prior appointment.
