Super Health Tip Two – Balance is Critical. A stool Has 3 Legs – just one or two and you also fall over. What you eat determines 70% of the health. Exercise determines 20% – do something. Your wellbeing environment, both internally, the way you think and feel, and externally, your social media, is 10%.

Super Health Tip # 3 – Discover Super Foods. Whole foods have better nutrition, more energy, and build a greater immune system. Eat grain and seeds in cereals and breads, and wheat germ, bran and brewers yeast. Eat vegetables and fruit and drink green smoothies, fruit smoothies with Two or three green veggies added. Super Health Tip Number 4 – Invest In You. You keep yourself well-informed, spend thousands on your own home and cars. Fund your body – to get the best results over your lifetime. Take nutrition courses – read some health books. Determine what builds health and what can cause degenerative diseases (tip: it’s what you eat). Super Health Tip Number 5 – Discipline Yourself – No-one Else Can. Become a closet fitness fanatic over the years. Don’t broadcast it – live it. Many people care much more about their cars than their body – and take more time planning their vacations compared to they do taking care of the temple they live in. Don’t be one. Incorporate what you learn into your lifestyle.

Super Health Tip # 6 – Health is really a Journey. Bodies are miraculously resilient. It is possible to recover from obesity, alcoholism, substance abuse, and from abusing your body. Your health is always dependant on what you do in the last Three months of your life. Invest in and be healthier, and live into your 80s and 90s, and even 100s with joy, zest, and bounding energy.
