Any time have to the outstanding wedding speech be delivered…?

How weddings have changed in the decades! From your handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding party members; a simple wedding car to expensive and big wedding cars; three course meals to six course meals; 1 to 3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

Speaking of the latter, wedding speeches are still an important part of a married relationship and guests do look ahead to hearing them, discussing them before, during as wll as after they’ve been delivered.

We are all aware of groom speech delivered prior to the meal, during the meal after the meal, yet it is of a strong opinion the wedding speeches needs to be delivered following your meal. I realize that for most wedding party speakers i.e. Father of the Bride Speech, Father from the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the 5 main speakers), they will prefer to possess the wedding speeches ahead of the meal, to enable them to enjoy their meal (many of them are paying for it!). However, it’s all about the invited guests and just how many (as wll as the marriage venue staff) would rather the wedding speeches being delivered following your meal for most reasons, many of which include:

The invited guests happen to be fed and watered and aren’t hearing wedding speeches before eating anything (at least of food, which could be ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival in the wedding venue)
Food can be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce the marriage speeches prior to meal and their could be a delay of Fifteen minutes to 1.5 hours, driving your home staff crazy attempting to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
Wedding ceremony speeches act as the transition from the meal for the dancing (broke happening following your meal, everyone is expecting ‘a few words’ being shared about the Bride & Groom after which it they know they are able to wake up, move about, take a rest, go for a walk, navigate to the bar…)
It can be difficult for parents in the Bride & Groom to speak in public places, as the majority of them would not be used from it. So, they may, when they so wished, speak ahead of the / their meal.

There should always be some sort of formal speech(es) following the meal…
