In those days he expanded to the web and filed for legal ownership from the business name “Everyday Deals”. The official business “Everyday Deals” was were only available in 1998 by Chad Brown of Shakopee, Minnesota … When he registered the business name “Everyday Deals” with the Secretary of State in Minnesota. While he expanded to the internet Everyday Deals created itself an individual website store. Later after being contacted by many people vendors on the web. Everyday Deals decided to turn the single store into a online mall that housed multiple vendors. Now Everyday Deals sells all kinds of products & services from A-Z. Mainly through catalogs, ads, classifieds, email, person to person, auctions, online auctions, online retailers, as well as in person.
On 04/25/1998 the term “Everyday Deals” was officially registered as a “Domain Name”. This domain location started hosting the site & store. This is when customers buy / sell great products, services & daily deals at incredibly affordable prices every day. 08/27/2007 Everyday Deals progressed and upgraded its business with a corporation from the state of Minnesota. *04/01/2008 “Everyday Deals, Co.”. or Chad Brown was granted its first USTPO government registered trademark on its bestselling “brand name” products (#77188836).
Everyday Deals registered another trademark this time from the state of Minnesota for your “word or phrase” “Everyday Deals” on 06/12/2008 (2891978-2) That point on 11/29/2009 Everyday Deals then was granted the trademark word or phrase “Everyday Deals” and also the official company name “Everyday Deals” from the U.S. government. (#3688155) & (#3688130). After that time 10/15/2013 Everyday Deals, Co. signed paperwork in Minnesota to officially convert its while business with a Limited Liability Corporation.
