The Perfect Fat Burning Workout

Last week, I took vacation to Newport, Rhode Island. Once i arrived, I made a decision capture a fast fat burning workout in the hopes of counteracting the unnecessary drinking and eating that could soon follow. Because i was walking on the local gym, I noticed a good looking park. After i saw the monkey bars, a light bulb went off during my head.

Why on the planet would I am going on vacation in order to end up in a gym, when I can just as fast get yourself a great workout outdoors, while enjoying the amazing weather? Besides, I can’t use exercise machines anyway, so being within a gyms is unnecessary personally. I made the choice then where there: I became planning to perform an outdoor 30-minute fat burning workout using only bodyweight exercises.

* Pushups x max
* Pistol Squats x max
* Chin Ups x max
* Wind Sprints 25 yards there and back
* Wrist To Knee Sit-Up x 15-20

It is a apex of the way you don’t need to spend half of your life within a well-equipped gym. In fact, I firmly think that the body weight exercises we performed on that day are far better than a normal machine-based training routine.
