I can’t need to inform you or reminded that our economy is really a mess. Accept reality. Stop whining and take action yourself. Don’t depend on government entities to solve the issue. The harder they spend, regulate, create more bureaucracy and meddle in a capitalistic system, the more severe things become. Don’t rely on the average middle-class employee if you can’t motivate your ex in to expanding their thoughts and grow quite a lot creator instead of a follower. You definitely can’t depend on the growing lower income bracket with the entitlement mentality. They’re partly in charge of our sick economy. The entitlement mentality won’t create anything unless they’re able to drastically change their beliefs about work and wealth. We should instead help motivate others to advance to an advaced status and realize their full potential but use the living , nor attempt to raise the dead. If you have an employee with great work ethic and imagination, cause them to follow their dreams.

As entrepreneurs we should instead accept down to growing a prosperous business without making excuses. No whining, just get busy. Promote the entrepreneurial spirit. As small businesses and wealth builders we need to collectively handle the load for healing an ill economy. It will require working longer and smarter while taking on more risk. But collectively we as the major employer with this country should intensify towards the plate. Find and hire one or more more person with a few work ethic that could learn and implement concepts of making wealth.

Wealth and success are made with imagination fueled by hard work. If someone else has neither an imagination nor a solid work ethic, they are going to never build a fortune. They have to somehow think it is within themselves, or begin with the basics by trying to stimulate gets into something that can bring them to a higher level.
