Vero Beach, Florida – On a sunny day Promotions Inc. is pleased to announce that this Marine Flea Market and Seafood Festival is returning for its 7th year, happening in the Indian River Fairgrounds in Vero Beach, Florida on Saturday or sunday October 14-15, 2017.
