Which has a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, each time a client approached Nishant to make one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby daughter is definitely an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came just as one possiblity to express his passion towards the higher power.

Despite the short notice, a job that requires a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece inside a month. Tirelessly day time and night with his team, he states “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts had to be handpicked so they really could easily fit into being a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the operation of hammering and bending the various to give the desire model of our bodies. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors put into task of executing the job at the deadline, which however we was able to accomplish.
A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost Ten to fifteen mm thick that had been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped making it a total metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been manufactured from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts just to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also made out of gears, nuts, bolts and also which has a piston block as well as a wrought iron tail.
With the 6 foot Ganpati created out of automobile scrap for his client, the following task for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
