Using a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to produce a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A professional in creating sculptors from metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to produce one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby little girl is definitely an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible opportunity to express his passion towards higher power.

Despite the short notice, a project that will need a commitment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece inside a month. Tirelessly time of day and night along with his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts would have to be handpicked so that they could fit into as being a jigsaw puzzle. The most challenging and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending the parts to get the desire shape of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors put into the challenge of executing the work on the deadline, which however we was able to accomplish.
A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost Ten to fifteen mm in depth that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a total metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be produced from gears, nuts, bolts as well as which has a piston block as well as a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, another problem for Nishant is really a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
