When we think of exercise we tend to only think of physically exercising your body. But, many of us forget we also must exercise our mind. And the brain is where our brain resides, and if the mind just isn’t operating correctly it affects our systems.

When we exercise our mind carry out what is known as “stimulating our minds.” And you will find many ways we could stimulate our minds, to ensure when were older in age our mind are nevertheless young and operable. Reminding and teaching us to never give up, lose heart or accept defeat. Also taking college courses, classes or even a trade is known as “educating your head.” Once we engage in constant learning or becoming educated we stimulate our memory because we must remember that which you have learned. The need to take tests, notes, writing essays and answering questions that the teacher has assigned will train and help our mind to develop skill and understanding.
