For many years I underwent difficult times and I became driven to learn the things were happening in my experience.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Inspiration and Wisdom and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I know, i was in preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I had been surviving in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then had not been great, I had been more focused inside the negative, filled with fear and looking for a person or something the culprit and assume responsibility.
Then one day I stumbled upon i had not been on your own dealing with difficult times, there where many others dealing with tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a bit different to mine, these folks were still being challenged towards the core, and this set it up comfort realizing that the cruel journey had not been just for me. For this reason understanding I began to give myself permission to leave the victim mindset that have me in the mental prison for many years. The thing is all of us have to undergo some difficult times at different periods of our own lives and no-one can tell why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we should can do about this? A lot of people find yourself in trouble here, because of this question. You tell yourself you don’t get sound advice which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.
Everything you settle upon here will define the path that you’re going to follow. Lets take an illustration. Have you felt as if you were a target of any circumstance? What follows that mindset is really a spiralling on to negative emotions you may will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down inside the dumps? This is present with many of us, we’ve got areas were we’re adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for us to make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, while you begin to believe like this it makes you lose your management of what’s happening. When investing in in this way of thinking or belief it is quite difficult to leave it, you will need something a lot more powerful way of thinking for you to be free.
At this stage many are asleep, so they have to get up from other slumber. When you’re get up something changes, you in turn become alert to the method that you have already been playing small , are getting to be a target. When you are alert to this you open a door for the perception to alter. Your way of being positive starts here which experience is what I call a shift in to a new way of thinking. This transitioning period of transformation is usually slow but worth the wait.
You know that transitioning generally is a challenging time as you are working on releasing the old so the new can set in. The majority of us find change hard to handle as obviously we very often fight against any change, because we want to sit and dwell in things that we’re acquainted with that is otherwise known as the safe place. In the safe place many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually good to go together with the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. That you should accept the modification and become in flow with it you need to have a confident understanding of situations that you’re going through.
Essentially the most challenging question that lots of people ask is how you can maintain positivity? Generally we’re creatures of habit we discover just changing another thing beyond our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings greatest results.
