Life Lessons – The key of Positive Perception

For several years I went through difficult times and I became driven to discover that these particular things were happening to me.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, i almost missed out on Life lessons and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I know, i what food was in preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I was living in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then wasn’t great, I was more tightly focused in the negative, full of fear and seeking for somebody as well the culprit and assume responsibility.

Then I discovered i wasn’t the only one under-going difficult times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged for the core, and this provided comfort if you know the hard journey wasn’t simply for me. Because of this understanding I began to give myself permission to result from the victim mindset that had me in a mental prison for several years. The truth is all people have to undergo some difficult times at different periods of our own lives and no-one really knows why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves might know about can do over it? Most people get stuck here, for this reason question. You tell yourself that you do not follow simple proven steps which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

Whatever you decide to do here will define the road you will follow. Lets take an illustration. Perhaps you have felt as you were a target of the circumstance? Below that mindset is a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down in the dumps? This really is typical to many of us, we have areas were were adamant it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for people to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, while you begin to consider similar to this celebrate you lose your power over what is happening. Most of us find change difficult to deal with as by nature we sometimes fight any change, because we choose to sit and dwell in what were acquainted with which is otherwise referred to as the comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone many of us we dwell there for days periods, might know about don’t realise is always that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually ready to go with all the flow instead of resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the change and turn into in flow by using it you might want an optimistic thought of conditions that you’re going through.

One of the most challenging question that lots of people ask you are able to make sure? Generally were creatures of habit look for just changing another thing away from our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings greatest results.
