For several years I experienced challenging times i became driven to determine why these things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Motivation and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I understand, i was at preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I was moving into hell. The perception I’d of my experience then has not been great, I was focused from the negative, full of fear looking for someone or something like that at fault and be responsible.
Eventually I stumbled upon i has not been the only one under-going challenging times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, these folks were still being challenged towards the core, and this provided me with comfort realizing that the tough journey has not been exclusively for me. For that reason understanding I began to offer myself permission to leave the victim mindset which in fact had me in a mental prison for several years. You see all of us have to pass through some challenging times at different periods of our lives and no-one can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of what we are able to do over it? Most of the people find yourself in trouble here, for that reason question. You know yourself that you don’t know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
What you choose to do here will define the trail that you will follow. Lets take an illustration. Maybe you have felt as if you were a sufferer associated with a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is really a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down from the dumps? This is typical to the majority of us, we’ve got areas were were adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for people to make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, so when you start out to believe similar to this it can make you lose your management of what’s happening. So it is usually fine using the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the modification and be in flow by using it you must have a good understanding of situations that you are going through.
