A new 2016 Christmas rock song has been written, composed then recorded in the Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with all the main goal of bringing awareness and experience of the Phuket Charities and Orphanages that Mark supports.
The tunes name is: ‘I’m coming back home for Christmas’ and the songs genre is surely an unique up-tempo Rock/POP song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and has had the demo guide ever since then looking forward to this opportunity to record.
In August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session musicians to record the song more than a 6 week period. The songs includes 8 separate tracks and session musician originate from the Philippines, like the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’. Despite the fact that ‘I’m Coming Home For 2016 christmas song was studio upon Phuket the blending, engineering and mastering was done in the united states on account of Mark wanted the best result and sound quality. The song is currently prepared to be listened to and downloaded when you go to the Tsunami Day website.
The key goal of recording ‘I’m Returning For Christmas’ is always to bring as many people to the ‘Tsunami Day’ website as possible, after which hopefully in-turn they shall be kind enough to donate to 1 or each of the Phuket charities and to also download the song.
Another absolute goal is to find enough downloads of the song to advance and set up Tsunami Phuket with open stage and recording / teaching studio on Phuket, that may offer free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children from your local schools and orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ is not open yet but the website is below (QingTing means: ‘Dragon Fly’ in Chinese if you’re wondering)
About: Mark set-up the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site to promote his song ‘Tsunami Day’ which has been inspired from their own personal experiences when i was living in Patong back 2004 once the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. As with ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’ the song ‘Tsunami Day’ also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. About the ‘Tsunami Day’ web there’s numerous approaches to help such as a Phuket Hotels and cheap flights to Thailand and Asia booking system. Every penny helps.
Credits: Mark would want to thank his sponsors: ‘Michael Dietvorst’ ( Owner of Oriental Living, Phuket ), ‘Stuart Baker’ ( Md of Food Hygiene Asia ), ‘Alan Cooke’ (MBE), ‘Adam Goodman’ ( General Manager of Two Chefs Restaurants on Phuket ) and ‘Cassius Rolfe-Johnson’ (CEO of Phuket Home Services).
